Emma Rose Kenney, an American actor from the United States. She played Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played on Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners, its spin-off. Kenney was an New York City native born in the fall of 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who wrote previously in the New York Post and now has a job at Fox Sports.
